Giveaway Policy

The main focus of my blog is to review and share new books and authors with others, there will be times when I have giveaways, contests, sweepstakes (or whatever you want to call it).  These contests may be held on the Blog, a flash giveaway on Facebook, or part of a larger giveaway with other bloggers or authors.  Items may include books (hard copy or e-book), gift cards of various amounts or swag (bookmarks, magnets, posters, tote bags, etc.) from authors and/or publishers.  By participating in a Sinamen Reads Romance giveaway you agree to the following:

• No purchase necessary, giveaway is automatically void where prohibited by law.
• Must be 18 years old or older to enter.
• All giveaways are USA only unless otherwise specified.
• Winners will be chosen randomly by using Rafflecopter.com or Random.org.
• Winners will be announced on the Sinamen Reads Romance blog, Facebook fan page and Twitter.
• Winners will be notified within 48 hours of giveaway ending and will have 48 hours from time of notification to respond, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
• For all Facebook fan page giveaways the winner will be tagged in a post so they receive a notification. If after 24 hours of post tagging a Facebook Message will be sent. If after 24 hours there is no response a new winner will be chosen. (48 hours after the initial attempt)
• Must enter the giveaway in the manner specified.
• Your personal information will never be sold or shared by Sinamen Reads Romance.
• You may be asked to provide a current email address for the delivery of any electronic prizes. A response is required within 48 hours of the initial attempt to contact the winner. Failure to respond will result in forfeit of prize.
• You may be asked to provide a valid shipping address for the delivery of prizes in the form of a book or swag.  A response is required within 48 hours of the initial attempt to contact the winner. Failure to respond will result in forfeit of prize.
• All non-electronic prizes will be shipped via USPS. Sinamen Reads Romance is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping or items shipped from 3rd party sponsors.
• In regulation with FTC guidelines the only MANDATORY entry for a giveaway will be a “free” entry. All other entries are completely OPTIONAL.
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
• If you are caught cheating you will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
• Sinamen Reads Romance does reserve the right to end, extend, or change a sweepstakes for any reason and without prior notice.

The main purpose this policy is to avoid any misunderstanding. The sole intention of my blog is to share my thoughts and opinions with you while having fun.  I ask for your participation and I hope you enjoy the experience as much as I do.
